Features Inline/Plate/Regen type cold traps and CWP (Cryogenic Water Pump)
Cryostat
Offers high-vacuum, low-temperature environment to allow measuring multiple devices in succession without breaking the vacuum or needing of system heating
Cryogenic Probe Station
An excellent choice for sample and equipment testing. The system is ideal for optical, electric and magnetic sample testing.
He-Compressor
Compressor technology is capable of offering low-temperature cooling below 10K (-263℃) using high capacity/low voltage helium catalyst
